A regional business hub is forming in the center of Timişoara along with the upcoming delivery of the United Business Center 1 (UBC) office building within the Openville mixed-use project. This will be the second building opened by the IULIUS Company this year in the vicinity of Iulius Mall Timişoara.

The largest city in the west of Romania is increasingly consolidating its position as an active player on the national class A office building market. The IULIUS Company will build no less than 130,000 sqm in seven buildings integrated in the largest regional mixed-use development located in the area around Iulius Mall. Of these, an 18,000 sqm office building was opened early this year, the second one (spanning on 13,000 sqm) is pending completion in the immediate future, and the construction works started this summer for another 18,000 sqm in the third building designed under the UBC brand.
